Butcher knives

Well, for now, the butchering is done. We put 290 pounds in. There’s a late muzzleloader season to go, but I’m not sure we’ll hunt much.

Dad made a set of butcher knives that were his and I’ve now been using for many years. They’re all Green River steel. (I think I have the full set somewhere, but these are the ones I use.)
