It's an Arno Bernard as well but is a little Bird and trout knife with some excellent multicolored scrimshaw on it. I don't know if Arno or somebody else did the scrimshaw but it's very nice scrimshaw and uses part of the natural color varience of the warthog tusk scale as part of the theme.
It's got a tapered tang like my other one and is impeccable in the fit and finish like all the other ones I've seen.
I can't wait to use it on trout or a couple of the many quail that frequent out property if I can get the idea past my wife that is............. After all they are "Her quail"
Nice! It looks to be razor sharp!
It wasn't when I got it. Most used knives I get aren't very sharp. It's now what I consider "scary sharp". The Bohler N690 stainless takes an edge really well for me with my style of sharpening (old school with oil and whetstone). A little green compound and scary sharp.
