Ka-Bar Rigging Knife - RocketFoot - 05-19-2024

Here is an oldie from 1930-1960…Ka-Bar Rigging Knife!  It’s been heavily used and might have a lot of stories to tell from its adventures on the high seas!

That marling spike would've been handy back when I worked with rope almost daily.

Love those rigging knives. That one’s got some work behind it.

I love that knife. What stories it could tell if it could speak. I do knots in rope, paracord and different cords and a marlin spike is an indespensable tool if one works with knots.
Mine is a roughrider with a bone handle. Nothing fancy but I need it when I tie certain knots.
   That Ka-Bar is sweeeeeet!

Yes indeed...this knife has seen some shit in its time!  It must be a Yachtsman because the lanyard doesn't seem to lock but it is a really cool, old knife!
