I think I might like that UglyStik knife. To date, my all time favorite fillet knife is the Normark. (Sadly, no longer in production.) 5he steel was good. The shape and flexibility was just about perfect for filleting walleyes. I even have one that I bent in a curve for removing ribs so my knuckles don’t drag on the fillet board. The UglyStick looks a similar shape- the handle might be a bit blocky, not slim like Normark. If it’s good steel and the right flexibility…
