I inherited this when my grandfather passed in 1979.

My son has all our family heirloom knives. After our Mother died, my brothers, sister & I were sorting through stuff & getting the house ready for auction. My son came down from the attic with an old cigar box full of pocket knives. It contained all the old Barlows, scout knives, TL-29's, etc that my brother & I had "lost" when we were kids. Most had our initials crudely scratched in the handles.

My brother & I handled the old things again, reminisced a little, then gave the whole box to my son. Finder's keepers.
